Masked activist handing out free cannabis, toilet paper and hand sanitiser

A masked activist has been driving around the streets of Manchester doling out free toilet roll, hand sanitisers and free cannabis.
The man – who goes by the name Outlaw – has previously grabbed the headlines for handing out money to the homeless as well as giving away free weed in Manchester city centre.
His latest viral stunt comes amid the UK coronavirus lockdown and sees him handing out essential lockdown goods – as well as £800 worth of the illegal plant – to grateful residents around the city.
Outlaw said: “This week I’ve given away over 300 packs of toilet roll, four ounces of cannabis, hundreds of small sanitiser pots and six large crates of bottled water.
“I was cruising at 4mph in the middle of the road, city centre and outskirts of Manchester, playing Bobby McFerrin’s Don’t Worry, Be Happy through a large speaker in the back of the van.”
In a video Outlaw can be seen loading his van with a sign on the door that says “Free Isolation Essentials. Toilet Roll – Sanitizer – Bottled Water. Mini Grinders – Raws – Pre Rolls – Bud”.
Outlaw, who is wearing a face mask and a balaclava, then proceeds to drop toilet roll and bottled water to residents.
He also hands out bags of herb to a few people, of what he claims is cannabis.
He said: “I put out a request on my Instagram to see if anyone needed anything – got over 6000 delivery requests from various followers.

“From old to young, vulnerable and disabled, or people who are just straight out of weed! – Outlaw’s got your back.
“I’m spreading positivity at this dark and uncertain time is necessary.
“The full video is available to watch on my Instagram, @Outlaw.ltd
“Look out for the Outlaw Lockdown Essentials Van this weekend and next week. If you don’t see it – you’ll probably hear it!
“And don’t worry – be happy.”
