Can CBD heal broken bones?

Cannabis has been used for medicinal and recreational purposes since ages. Giving the phenomenal healing potential of marijuana, several people wonder if cannabis can heal fractured bones.
As many people look upon the plant as a healer of several fatal health conditions, the popular media is amassed with anecdotal reports of miraculous healing stories of various people suffering from serious conditions.

It is only recently, increasing scientific evidence is coming out showing marijuana can help relieve several medical conditions.
In USA cannabis is classified as Schedule 1 substance having high potential for abuse and no accepted medical use. Cannabis illegal status under federal law prohibits wide-scale research on the healing properties of the plant. Despite, a number of studies support that CBD can address a number of health conditions.

Fractured bones are hard to heal and a number of remedies are available to heal broken bones. Cannabis is an effective healer which ensures speedy recovery of fractured bones without any harmful side-effects.  Surprised?

As a matter of fact, cannabis not only assists fractured bones quick healing but also strengthens bones reducing their chances of breaking again. Using different perspectives, a number of studies already proved effect of cannabis on bones during recent years.

In 2008, a study published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Science showed that CBD activates GPR55 – G protein-coupled receptor – that plays a role in the regulation of bone mass by controlling the growth of cells called osteoclasts that promote the resorption of bone minerals.

The research team noted,” Our observations also suggest that CBD can inhibit bone resorption in vivo via modulation of GPR55 signaling”.

The team further went on to suggest that THC has an opposite effect on GPR55 receptor and its interaction may counter the positive effects of CBD on bone density.
“Our observations suggest that blocking GPR55 also may have direct beneficial effects on bone turnover in arthritic or metabolic bone diseases. Finally, although CBD is a major constituent of cannabis, it remains to be determined whether cannabis smoking may increase bone density, because [THC], another constituent, also is thought to be a GPR55 ligand and may oppose the effects of CBD”, the researchers associated with this study observed.
Later studies extended this stream of research to next level by investigating the possible mechanisms by which CBD might help bones heal from fracture. A team of researchers from the University of Rostock in Germany investigated the effect of CBD on migration and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) that are known to be involved in various regenerative processes such as bone healing.

The findings of the study show that CBD exhibits properties of an osteoanabolic drug, and have very few side effects compared to other  currentpharmacotherapeutic options for the treatment of osteodegenerative disorders.

“[A] fast activation of stem cells leading to migration within hours and (ii) a differentiation of these cells into the osteoblastic lineage as response to a prolonged exposure in a time frame of weeks”, the researchers explained.

Shedding light on the mechanism by which CBD heal broken bones, the research team argues, “CBD may cause recruitment of MSCs to sites of calcifying tissue regeneration and subsequently support bone regeneration via an osteoanabolic action on regeneratively active mesenchymal cells”.

The research outcome of the study confirmed that CBD enhanced the strength of healed broken femurs of laboratory rats. Explaining the finding the researchers suggest CBD triggers a gene that codes a series of reactions resulting in the production of collagen which transformed into harder bones through a process called collagen cross-linking.

Later on in September 2016, a review of phytocannabinoid pharmacology published in the Journal of Reviews concludes that CBD supports the bone formation and fracture healing processes as well as reduces the bone resorption in vivo in mice.

After reviewing a range of literature on the topic, the researchers of the study noted, “Migration and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are known to play a central role in bone formation and fracture healing, and CBD promotes the migration of MSCs to sites of calcifying tissue regeneration via activation of CB2 receptors, and to induce osteoblastic differentiation by inhibiting GPR55”.

In addition they also found support for CBD’s role in preventing bone resorption.
“CBD also controls bone resorption during the progression of experimental periodontitis in rats”, the team noted further.

Another study which is published in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research by Tel Aviv University and Hebrew University researchers found administration of marijuana’s non-psychotropic component CBD can greatly help in healing fractured bones. The research headed by Dr. YankelGabet of Tel Aviv University concluded that CBD significantly enhanced healing process of femora among rats with mid-femoral fractures.

Explaining the link between cannabis and human body, Dr. Gabet maintains, “We only respond to cannabis because we are built with intrinsic compounds and receptors that can also be activated by compounds in the cannabis plant," according to the press release.

Dr. Gabet is convinced CBD is not only effective for fractured bones healing, it is safe for human body as well.

"We found CBD alone to be sufficiently effective in enhancing fracture healing," said Dr. Gabet. "Other studies have also shown CBD to be a safe agent, which leads us to believe we should continue this line of study in clinical trials to assess its usefulness in improving human fracture healing."

Bottom line, CBD is an effective and potent bone healer though research has to go a long way to discover effective therapeutic strategies to administer cannabis for fractured bone healing. The research cited above clearly demonstrates that cannabis-based remedies are fast, effective and safe when used to address broken bones.

It is worth noting that research on medicinal effects of cannabis is hampered by restrictions imposed due its schedule 1 substance status. The studies investigating marijuana’s healing potential have been largely conducted on laboratory animals or isolated cells, not on humans.

People in Illinois state expressed their love for cannabis as sales hit nearly $3.2 million on the first day of legal cannabis

Once again, people demonstrated their love for cannabis when cannabis transactions hit $3.2 million on the first day of legal cannabis sold in Illinois, reported NBC Chicago.

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation reported over 77,000 transactions carried out at cannabis dispensaries in the state generating nearly $3.2 million revenue on Day 1.

Senior advisor to the governor for cannabis control, Toi Hutchinson, termed the occasion as achievement of a “monumental millstone”.

“Launching the legalization of cannabis in a way that includes communities left behind for far too long, creates good jobs and expunges thousands of records for those who have lost out on opportunities and ends prohibition," he said in a statement.

People in clear demonstration of their support to state government’s move to end prohibition, lined up early Wednesday to be among first to purchase cannabis on the first day recreational marijuana became legal in the state.

I wanted to be first in line because I have waited 46 years for this moment," said jubilant Arnold Winslow, who covered several kilometers to make his first purchase at Sunnyside dispensary in Elmwood Park.

The cannabis dispensaries are very enthusiastic as some joined hands with restaurants to offer warm place to wait before making a purchase. Gifts were also given to the shoppers by a few of the dispensaries; EarthMed Dispensary in Chicago gifted commemorative T-shirts to first 100 customers with their purchase.

The customers needed to be 21 years or over and required a government-issued ID to make a purchase. The sales are restricted to state residents only and must be made in cash.

Scientists Find Cannabis Compound More Effective Than Aspirin for Pain Relief

The recent discovery of how cannabis plants synthesize them could transform how we treat pain.

Despite the hundreds of compounds Cannabis sativa plants produce, just two cannabinoidsTHC and CBD—have dominated discussions about the medicinal and therapeutic properties of cannabis. And for good reason. THCA and CBDA, the inactive acidic forms of THC and CBD, are the most abundant chemicals produced by cannabis plants, making them both the most commercially viable and the easiest to research. Studies that investigate the potential medical applications of these cannabinoids continue to link their versatile therapeutic effectiveness to their ability to reduce inflammation throughout the body. But the reality is that THC and CBD aren’t the only compounds with anti-inflammatory properties.

In fact, they may not even be the most potent pain-relievers cannabis has to offer. That honor might actually belong to a different family of cannabis compounds altogether: flavonoids. You may have heard of flavonoids before if you’ve ever looked into the health benefits of certain “superfoods.” Several studies have shown how plant flavonoids offer humans (and other animals) antioxidant, anticancer and neuroprotective properties.
But identifying the health benefits of of cannabis flavonoids is only part of the equation. The other part is figuring out to make medicines with them. And the fact that flavonoids exist in such low quantities in cannabis plants makes that next step particularly hard. Thanks to an exciting recent breakthrough, however, researchers have figured out how cannabis plants produce those pain-killing compounds, which means drug manufacturers are one step closer to developing what could be the safest and most effective pain relief medicines in history.

Meet Cannflavin A and Cannflavin B: Pot’s Most Potent Painkillers?

In addition to THC, CBD, and other major cannabinoids, cannabis plants produce a plethora of specialized chemicals researchers believe contribute to the plant’s astonishing array of medical and therapeutic uses. Of those chemicals, one group in particular appears to produce substantial anti-inflammatory effects in animals. Scientists call that group “flavonoids.”
Flavonoids exist in virtually every plant. But in 1981, researchers discovered two flavonoids that are specific to Cannabis sativa. Their names are cannflavin A and cannflavin B, and they immediately prompted a wave of interest among plant researchers. In a 1985 study, researchers found that cannflavins A and B provided anti-inflammatory benefits that were approximately thirty times more effective than aspirin. That’s right, thirty times more effective than one of the most common over-the-counter pain relievers.
Nearly two decades later, in 2014, researchers published a study explaining that better-than-aspirin effectiveness. They found that cannflavins A and B worked to block the production of two chemicals that promote inflammation in animal cells. But despite these important findings, almost no one was paying attention to how Cannabis sativa actually synthesized these non-psychoactive cannflavins. Except, that is, for a team of researchers with the University of Guelph in Canada.

Research Breakthrough Could Revolutionize Pain Relief Medications

Now that barriers to cannabis research are falling in the wake of expanding legalization, researchers are more able than ever to explore the vast unknowns of Cannabis sativa. Compared to our understanding of other plants and their medicinal properties, our knowledge of cannabis is seriously behind. For decades, researchers have been studying the benefits of flavonoids and how different plants produce them. But we’re only now beginning to understand the unique and complex metabolic pathways that give cannabis such pharmacological potential.
And one of the most important recent breakthroughs in that field of research is the elucidation of the biosynthetic pathway for cannflavin A and B. In other words, researchers finally had a chance to figure out how cannabis plants make these more-potent-than-aspirin compounds. And they did exactly that.
Next, of course, they filed a patent. And after that, medical cannabis company Anahit International licensed the patent to begin exploring how to produce commercial pain relief products with cannflavins A and B. Such medicines could completely transform the way we treat pain. “What’s interesting about the molecules in cannabis is that they actually stop inflammation at the source,” said Tariq Akhtar, Assistant Professor of Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Guelph and co-author of the study that discovered how cannabis plants produce cannflavins A and B. “And most natural products don’t have the toxicity that’s associated with over-the-counter pain relief drugs.”

Cannabis: Better than Aspirin, Safer than Aspirin

Amid the ongoing devastation of the opioid crisis, finding a viable alternative pain medication without the risks and deleterious side effects of many prescription pain medications is an urgent challenge facing the healthcare industry. But even over-the-counter pain medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen, when used daily or in combination with alcohol, can lead to kidney disease and stomach and liver problems. Cannflavins, as far as we know, don’t damage organs; rather, they treat inflammation at the source. And based on the available research, they do it safer and more effectively than aspirin.

2020 Beginner’s guide to marijuana

Cannabis use is getting increasingly popular in the United States.Forbes estimated global cannabis industry volume is $ 7.7 billion which is expected to reach $ 3.14 billion by 2021.

In part, the upward trend in cannabis usage can be attributed to its potential to help relieve a number of medical conditions such as anxiety, chronic pain and epilepsy.

As a matter of fact, cannabis caters a wide range of tastes and needs of weed consumers. Different strains of cannabis produce different effects and varying tastes and thus can be used for different reasons.

If you are interested to try a cannabis strain but not sure which one best suits your needs, this guide would provide you information about various marijuana strains. Let’s begin.

What are marijuana strains?

If you visit an online dispensary, you might see terms indica, sativa, and hybrid. These terms reflect the categories people usually use to describe marijuana.

Indica, originated from the Hindu Kush mountainsbordering Pakistan and Afghanistan, leaves a relaxing effect on the consumer. Savita is believed to have an emerging effect while hybrid is a combination of both.

Several of the industry experts question cannabis categorization as no identifiable characteristics are found associated with respective cannabis strains.

Amos Elberg, head of data science at Confident Cannabis, terms these differences as meaningless.

“We see samples of all cannabis products tested through our partner labs, and when we look at all the data, particularly of the chemical makeup of flower, we see no identifiable characteristics that are consistent with indica, sativa, or hybrid,” he elaborates.

“Essentially people are using these terms as catchalls for effect, but they're not all consistent with those effects. Some indica makes some people wired, not couch-locked, for instance.”

Beyond this primary categorization, dispensaries might attribute the types of cannabis to different strains. Essentially, these strains represent different breeds of cannabis and they are bred to produce a specific effect on the consumer.

If words sativa, indica and hybrid are meaningless categorization; are strains names useless as well?Elberg says, nope.

“Not all seeds that are sold under the same name are genetically identical or even necessarily related. Some producers may choose to create a strain name essentially as a branding exercise, or to identify their product with an existing name because they believe the product matches characteristics the market expects from product sold under that name,” he argues.

The products under specific names, however, still show some consistencies, Elberg notes.

“In general, for the less common names, product sold by different vendors tends to be pretty consistent,” he notes. “For the most common strain names, however, a wider variety of different products are sold.”

To experience consistent strain effects, we recommend you purchase your product from a quality source. An online dispensary Canada might be a good place to find quality products if you are living in Canada.

However, be mindful, every person reacts differently to cannabis.
What is best strain for you?

Your ultimate choice of strain depends upon the effect you desire. For example, if you are looking for cannabis to address a certain medical symptom, some strains may prove better than others.
It is also advisable to search for possible adverse effects before trying any strain. Several of the more popular strains are associated with dry mouth, dry eyes, and dizziness. Marijuana may interact with other medications a consumer is using.
If you are looking to treat a medical condition using cannabis or currently taking any medications, always consult with you doctor first.

What are cannabis concentrates?

Concentrates consists of purest and most desirable form of any substance. The cannabis concentrates include aroma, flavor and other desirable ingredients while leaves, stems and other unwanted stuff is left out.

The cannabis plant consists of multitude of chemical compounds that can be used in variety of products. These compounds give cannabis its aroma, flavor, look and texture as well as they are responsible for the physiological or psychoactive effects of the plant. The most desirable compounds found in the cannabis plant are small, sparkling structures called trichome. The accumulation of trichomes from the cannabis plant results in cannabis concentrates.

The trichomes with their frosty appearance are found on the entire surface of the plant especially flower buds. The trichomes contain cannabinoids such as THC, CBD and terpenes that shape the unique aroma and physical effects of different cannabis strains.

Comparing with raw plant, the cannabis concentrates are more high, quick action and comes in range of consumption methods. Depending upon individuals’ consumption preference and tolerance capacity, the concentrate dose varies from person to person.

A multitude of cannabis concentrates are available which are used in wide range of products. One can enhance his/her cannabis experience by exploring the ideal combination of cannabinoids and terpenes to satisfy the taste and maximize the benefits.

The concentrates are distinguished from their appearance by using terms shatter, badder, crumble, sugar, oil and sauce. Basically, these terms inform us about the look and feel of the concentrate.

Shatter is brittle having glass-like texture. Its color usually ranges from bright yellow to bright amber throughout. Shatters usually have snap-and-pull consistency.

Budder or badder are known for their oilier and softer texture. These concentrates are malleable and easy to handle with sun yellow to bright orange coloring. It can be used in multiple ways such as a spread on joints or blunts, or can be used using a dab.

Crumble is a version of budder with crumbly-like honeycomb consistency. It has the same color as do budder but instead of having glossy texture, they show a matted shade of yellow.

Sugar refers to a concentrate with a consistency like that of a wet, sappy sugar. They are inconsistent in their nature and have color ranging from a bright yellow to deep amber.

Sauce is thicker having vicious texture and stickier looks. Its color ranges from deep amber to bright mustard. Both Sauce and sugar share similar consistency and color sauce’s uniform and prominent crystalline structure make it distinctive.

Crystalline is crystallized compound with white crystals. It vary in density and size from rock to power

Cannabis reverses last-stage Alzheimer's

After heart disease and cancer, Alzheimer’s disease is the third largest cause of the deaths in United States. Its prevalence has increased many folds over the past few decades and is expected to triple by 2050.

The Big Pharma has failed to offer any effective cure to this irreversible denervation of the brain. This opens up an opportunity for some more effective, less toxic and less expensive alternatives to emerge.

There is a list of such options ranging fromcoconut oil's medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs)to herbs from traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda. While Big Pharma struggles to develop a profitable Alzheimer’s pharmaceuticals, these alternative cures might help more than harm.

Now cannabis brings another effective non-pharmaceutical solution. The medical marijuana has been widely used to treat various health related conditions.

Anecdotal reports of cannabis relieving symptoms of late-stage Alzheimer’s
Late-stage Alzheimer’s victims are difficult to manage. A daughter describes a story of managing her mother’s final stages of Alzheimer’s by getting her off pharmaceuticals and on medical marijuana. When she met her mother, she was struggling hard with the Alzheimer’s disease with a prognosis of six months to live.

Apart from Alzheimer’s, she was taking medicines for several other ailments. The old lady started to respond well to home-cooked meals and cannabis.

She showed considerable improvements in behavior and memory. The symptoms of Alzheimer’s such as antisocial, angry, feisty and inappropriate behavior along with the gross loss of memory started giving way to more sociable and cooperative behavior.

The old lady finally passed away peacefully and lovingly at the age of 83. The use of cannabis has considerably improved her living conditions before her departure.

Scientific evidence supports this story
A scientific studyinvolving mice conducted in 2013 in Spain to test the effect of CB2 cannabinoid receptor against Alzheimer’s like phenotype reported cannabis efficacy against symptoms of the Alzheimer’s.

The researchers associated with the research concluded,”the present study lends support to the idea that stimulation of CB2 [cannabinoid] receptors ameliorates several altered parameters in Alzheimer's disease such as impaired memory and learning, neuroinflammation, oxidative stress damage and oxidative stress responses, selected tau kinases, and tau hyperphosphorylation around plaques”
An earlier study on Alzheimer’s come to similar conclusions. The researchers investigated the most advanced Alzheimer’s mechanics and demonstrated how cannabis provide relief against symptoms without any side effects.

Similar cannabis efficacy findings against Alzheimer’s were reached by Neuroscience Research Australia and Ohio State University (OSU).

Talking to times, Gary Wenk, Ph.D., professor of neuroscience, immunology and medical genetics at OSU, told, “I've been trying to find a drug that will reduce brain inflammation and restore cognitive function in rats for over 25 years; cannabinoids are the first and only class of drugs that have ever been effective."

He went further, "I think that the perception about this drug is changing and in the future people will be less fearful."

How to Dry Marijuana|How to Cure and Trim Marijuana.

My name's Bailey with harvest helper I've worked the last several years in the cannabis industry in Washington State. Today I'm going to share with you what I have found to be some of the best practices for harvesting and Drying Marijuana. I will give you step-by-step instructions on how to dry  Marijuana cure, trim and store your cannabis for a long lasting shelf life that will retain its flavor for time and time to come the best way to know if your plants are ready for harvesting is to examine the maturity of the trichomes. Trichomes for the sticky resin glints that cover the bud and sugar leaf.

Image result for How to Dry Marijuana

 Three stages of visual development:

There are three stages of visual development that the tran comb will go through .

First Stage:
the first stage is clear a clear track is an image and the bug will not offer the end-user a pleasantly effective hi or flavor.

Second Stage:
The second stage is cloudy or milky a cloudy or milky trichome is at its peak this fully matured trichome will offer optimum scent flavor and hide.

Third Stage:
The third stage is amber and amber trichome has passed its peak and has begun the degradation process. So when do you know when to harvest when Qin- trichomes are continually produced and always at different stages of development most farmers say to harvest when 50% of the trichome coverage is between cloudy and amber or when 20% of the total coverage is Amber you can Lou use a jeweler's loupe that's at least 30 times magnification and you can see really closely how those trichomes are and what stage they're in when they're clear they're gonna look glass and when they're cloudy they're going to look plastic and when they're amber they're a different color using a heavy-duty share cut your plants at the base or cut it in 12 to 20 inch sections never pull your plant out by the roots or you're sure to have a mess.

How to Dry Marijuana:
Dry lines or dry racks dry lines are the most common method of drying it is easy to commercially set up a room with proper airflow humidity and temperature common recommendations for drying herbs are between 60 and 75 degrees with 50 to 60% humidity hanging coalesce branches or sections of plants upside down from wire or rope lines running from wall to wall makes a convenient hanging system as the bud dries water contained in the stem slowly wicks into the bud slowing down the drying process the slower drying process results in a smoother taste a slower burn when you properly dry and cure your cannabis you can store it away for months without severe degradation when using the hang-drying method the Cannabis will need to dry for several days before it's ready for debugging the leaves on the outside of the bug will begin to dry first and may feel a bit crunchy when lightly squeezed the interior of the buds retain moisture longer because it is drawing water from the stem the more stem the longer the bug will take to completely dry wait until the stem starts to crack instead of bend then it is time to debone the buds even if the bud seems fully dry they will moisten up some during the curing process as the moisture balances between the Interior and the exterior of the body pointing the stem down carefully buck or clip each bud off the stem if you are using an auto trimmer this step is crucial for ensuring a quality trim later clip the buds from the stem to the size you will want there manicuring for more stem that is removed the easier it will be for you to store it and the better the cure will be you don't have to hack down buds into tiny butlet's but there should be no buds more than three inches long extra stem will hold moisture and interfere with the curing and auto trimming process place the buds and apply turn and discard the stems for automatic bucking there are several options available at harvest helper trim store comm Curie cannabis can be done in buckets bins turkey bags or jars there's also a computerized automated device called the auto cure all available at harvest auger trim store comm fill your tubs or containers with bud and leave them uncovered or your turkey bags open if the humidity is very low in the drying room you will need to pay very close attention to the buds once they are removed from the stems without the stems the buds can quickly over dry and the tubs may need to be removed you will notice that a full tub or container of buds will begin to compact towards the bottom gently loosen or fluff the buttons by carefully dumping the contents of one container into an empty one this allows the bud on the bottoms to become the buds on the tops and should be done about twice a day so that the buds can continue to dry when the buds have reached what seems to be the perfect moisture content placed the lids on the tubs or container overnight or close your turkey bag you will find that in the morning the buds have rehydrated and the moisture levels have balanced throughout the container leave the tops off the tubs or the bag open for 10 minutes or so and fluff as before when they appear to be dry again return the lid or close the container it can take up to a week to properly sweat out the extra moisture from the tub or container but continue this process until the moisture leaves and your buds have stabilized fairly to remove enough moisture will lead your buds to mold and storage you will know when your buds are stable or have finished the off gassing process because when you open that container nothing but pure terpenes will roll out choose a high-quality Shearer snip and get prepared you will want a tray or a surface for trimming gloves rubbing alcohol a sponge or rag to clean your scissors and a container to collect your trim get comfortable because hand trimming takes a long time you will gently cut your excess sugar leaf by closing your scissors just enough to shred the sugar leaf rotate your scissors around the bud place in a clean container and move on to the next one don't forget to collect your scissor - along the way and clean your scissors to decrease contamination when choosing an automatic trimmer do your research try one or attend a demo if you can I will highlight a couple of the highly regarded trimmers on the market the twister line offers 84 and 82 consistent and accurate automated trimming you will need to have someone continuously feeding the buds through the machine or purchase it with a conveyor belt system be sure to include cleaning and maintenance in your harvesting process green grouse offers two models they offer the 215 and the green bros for 20 of these machines offer per slice and gentle trimming with mobility in mind the green bros dried trimmer has a reputation for being the gentlest and preserving the contours of the bud the farmer simply loads the Machine sets the timer and goes on with the rest of his chores again don't forget your clean up if you have any questions or would like to purchase any of our equipment you can go to harvest Hobart restore calm or you can call the 800 number below and speak to me Bailey or one of our harvesting specialist.

How to choose the best cannabis vape

Is there a best cannabis vape? It depends upon the person and situation. The experience one can have from vapor varies from person to person, because different people value different features.

Purchasing a cannabis vapor can be an overwhelming task considering the available choices of oils, looks and brands. However, marijuana vape enthusiasts can help themselves by keeping a few things in mind while selecting a most suitable product for them. The following lines offer an advice which intends to assist you in your decision making process.

Build quality and used material:
Do you prefer a perfectly designed and well-built vape or price concerns are more important to you? Vaporizers are built using different material such as plastic, aluminum, wood and ceramics. When a vape uses plastic for mouth piece, usually it is food grade material. The most popular vape brand Mighty uses plastic for a mouthpiece. Your final choice of a vape depends largely upon what material you personally like.

Size and weight:
Size and weight considerations are important in making a purchase decision.  For selecting a perfect vape you need to take into account your usage; do you use vape at home or on-the-go? What importance you attach to the fact that your vape fits into your pocket? When you opt for optimal portability, you may have to compromise over performance as some smaller vapes can get much hotter than the bigger ones.

Battery:
Considering battery features can be vital to your vape using experience. You are looking for a long lasting battery or you fine with charging it daily. If you often use your vape on the go, replaceable battery might be more suitable for you.

Temperature controls:
Vapes comes in variety of temperature settings. Some vapes operate with preset temperatures, others let users adjust the temperature.  A few vapes have special kind of settings such as smart path or boost mode.

Vapor quality and bowl size:
Vapor quality varies with strain of herbs, moisture level, temperature and some other factors. You can pick a vape that matches to your taste and preference. Some vapes are more effective when operate with loosely packed bowls.

Ease of use / cleaning:
Another important consideration while purchasing a cannabis vape is what ease of use or cleaning it offers. A vape which is easy to turn on and start vaping without hassle can add significantly to your vaping experience. The cleaning process is important, remember, certain devices need more care than others.

Joe Biden Says Marijuana Should Remain Illegal As A Misdemeanor At Democratic Debate

Former Vice President Joe Biden said during Thursday’s Democratic debate that marijuana offenses should be treated as misdemeanors—a position that puts him sorely out of step with every other presidential primary opponent on the debate stage, all of whom are calling for outright cannabis legalization.
“Nobody who got in prison for marijuana, for example—immediately upon being released, they shouldn’t be in there.” he said. “That should be a misdemeanor.”

“They should be out and their record should be expunged. Every single right should be returned,” he said. “When you finish your term in prison, you should be able to not only vote but have access to Pell grants, have access to be able to get housing, have access to be able to move along the way.”

420 Promo 2015
Biden previously called for cannabis decriminalization as part of his criminal justice plan, but his statement about making marijuana offenses misdemeanors could cause some confusion given that, in many but not all cases, misdemeanor offenses carry the possibility of jail time. He did say at one point that nobody should be incarcerated for a non-violent crime, however.
Biden also said that “nobody should be in jail for a drug problem” and that the country should invest more in “rehabilitation centers, not prisons.”
“We have to change the whole way we look at this,” he said.
NORML was quick to challenge Biden’s response, writing on Twitter that “you just said marijuana should be a misdemeanor. You couldn’t be more wrong.”
Biden has routinely faced criticism by his Democratic opponents over his role in advancing punitive drug laws, including the 1994 crime bill, during his time in the Senate. Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey, who also weighed in on drug policy at the debate, said Biden’s criminal justice reform plan is inadequate and argued shortly after its release in July that the “proud architect of a failed system is not the right person to fix it.”
“Our criminal justice system is so savagely broken,” Booker said during Thursday’s debate. “There’s no difference in America between blacks, whites and Latinos for using drugs or dealing drugs—but if you’re African American, you’re almost four times more likely to be arrested and incarcerated, destroying your lives. So much of this comes down to privilege.”
Booker also said that he planned to grant mass clemency for thousands of incarcerated Americans, decrying “systemic racism that is eroding our nation” and noting that “we have more African Americans under criminal supervision today than all the slaves in 1850.”
“We need to reform this system and we must do it now,” he said. “Every day that we wait is too long.”
South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg also briefly weighed in, noting the “overincarcaration of black Americans.”
The debate segment on criminal justice began with a question first directed at Sen. Kamala Harris of California, with the moderator noting her prior opposition to cannabis legalization and her record as a prosecutor overall.
“There have been many distortions of my record,” Harris said, adding that she was “born knowing about how the criminal justice system in America has worked and has been informed by racial bias.”
“I took on the position that allowed me, without asking permission, to create one of the first-in-the-nation initiatives that became a national model around people who are getting arrested for drugs and getting them jobs,” she said. She went on to say that she’d end mass incarceration and private prisons.
Harris faced a similar grilling from 2020 candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) during the last debate in August.
Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota weighed in to say that the country should go beyond legislation that passed to reform criminal sentencing and “move to the Second Step Act.” She didn’t mention whether marijuana reform would be a part of that step, however.

Former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro didn’t address the issue on the stage but included marijuana legalization in a list of “bold ideas” in a tweet his campaign posted shortly after the start of the debate.

Marijuana Moment received recommended questions for candidates from representatives of six major cannabis legalization advocacy groups. Though those pointed questions weren’t asked at this debate, drug policy reform supporters did end up seeing their issue discussed at length before political observers across the nation.
